This year I had to work black Friday. It would be the first time I worked or even been awake. It was so different than anything I have ever done.
That night I pull up to walmart at 9:10pm for my 9:30 shift, it was the fullest I have ever seen. When I got into the store I could not walk down some of the ails. Their was people everywhere. Carts could not get through in a lot of place. I make it to the break room where there is a lot of people waiting for there shift to start. Every one is all worked up to start working. I'm in the first group starting and we try to make our way out to the front zig zaging through every thing. By 9:50 all lines are open.
The first sale started at 10pm and it was crazy. Before 10 there was no one checking out. Once 10 came there was lines and people yelling. When the towel crate was cut there was screaming and shouting. A little bit later a customer told me that people where getting stepped on there. All I could thing was its just towels people. Then there was some things going on sale while there was some on the store shelf's and the ones on the shelf where not on sale and people where taking them wanting for the sale price. Around 11:30 no one want to check out everybody is waiting for the 12pm sale.
Its 11:59 and crates are being cut. All I can hear is screaming and I'm on the other end of the store. All I can thing is great people are crazy. All the lines are busy and people are extra cranky or drunk. Then to make things worse the serve for gift cards for everywhere goes down, letting people buy them and then saying that walmart owns the money for the gift cards to the person and to take the gift cards back. Some one in my lane start yelling because no one can figure out how to fix it. She gets her way and leaves. By 1am almost everyone has left the store.
I to to meal. There is a lot of people in the break room. Some are regular 3rd shifters but most are not. Some one was giving out 5 hours energy and I decide to take one. I started to jumping off the wall and I'm getting over tiered and everything is really funny. All the other 1st and 2nd shifters are on energy drinks and over tired too. I'm pretty sure that the 3rd shifters are all scared of us now.
When I come back from meal there is no people greets and lucky me I get to be one. I'm walking in circles because of the 5 energy. I get to talk to people for more than a few minutes and don't have to bag or any thing.
In the end I had fun. Even if there was crabby people there. I did shop when I got done at 6am. I ended up staying awake till noon and only getting 4 hours out sleep. I could not sleep because the sun was up and I should of been awake.

how old is too old to bring mommy into things?
I don't have a car and me and my friend wanted to go a birthday party, so her mom let me drive her car. I was running a little late from a different friends house and her mom had to wait 12 min. for me. I said sorry and told her what happened. She was it was fine people run late and then went on to say that her daughter could be late for 12 days because I was 12 min. late.
I drive her daughter to school 3 days a week. There house is out of way and don't ask for gas money because her mom gave me rides to dog training and then I lived 2 blocks away now its more than a mile. Then she would say leaving and I would wait any where from 15 min to over an hour for a 2 min drive outside. Her daughter is almost never waiting for me. I have to send a text message and wait for her to get and then walk outside. Witch takes a few min. Her mom went on to say that you yell at her daughter for being late. I went on to say I have told her 2 times to be ready and waiting. The first time I was a few min late and said will you where late and I told her I have wait for over an hour outside for you once so a few min really.
Her mom went on to make it sound like I yell at her ever time. I have been coming on time for about about the last 2 months. 1 or 2 time I got stop as was leaving by dad because I drive his car. But I think if she had a problem she should of said something to me and not have her mom. What we are 19 now and going to be leaving the home on are own in less than a year and she had to have her mom yell at me. I was like really are we 12 again.
This is not her mom has stepped in on something. Her mom has also tried to tell me who I could be friends with because her daughter did not tell all of story to her mom making someone look like a really jerk. When it was a little mean but in her best interest. And she blew the story wait out than what it is and added things. Making seem like she was this little sweet thing getting picked on. I was likes not the whole story and my friends are my friends. She does not have to be friends with them.
She has never said one word to me about anything. I just want to know how old is too old to have mommy getting into things. I don't have my mom step in when I have problems with people, I may tell my mom about them just to tell some one but my mom has not stepped in years. Not saying anything to my friends.

movie remakes
Every movie has a theme. Now a days it seems that so everything has been and ever movie is been there done that. I have seen a few movies that are new in ideas. As I watch more movies I see the same thing over and over again.
Tonight me and a friend decide to watch Monte Carlo. It was a good movie just a lot like Lizzie McGuire movie. Where she lives the life of a social light. There where lots of different in the movie but the main concept was the same.
Lots of movies now are remakes of old movies like, charlies angle, yours mine and ours, and cheaper by the dozen. I was on netflix looking for a movie to watch and I found cheaper by the dozen and my mom just freaked out and had to watch it. I ended up having to leave and did not get a chance to see it. My mom said she loved it.
Today it just seems to me that movies are remakes of old movies. They are good remakes sometimes and they have modern day twist on it. That makes the movie different and better. But I do love all movie because i don't like to judge movies that I don't like because other people love it.
